I thought the food was not really Thai at all. It was more like Thai food as approximated by a recent graduate of a Metro Manila culinary school. Their spring rolls was more Chinese than Thai. The Tom Yum though nicely spicy, was diluted Thai, very bland. The owners adapted to Philippine tastes too quickly.
